Meet the Presenters
JS Rancourt - HeadshotJS Rancourt

Principal, DXS New England

JS Rancourt is a Principal at DXS New England, with focus on VRV and ASHP technology. JS is a mechanical engineer from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada, and in 2012 co-founded DXS Ontario, based in Toronto, Canada. JS has been applying ASHPs and VRV technology in cold climates for 13 years and spearheaded the largest VRV project in North America at the time with over 1,400 VRV units. JS moved to New England in 2016 and founded DXS New England out of Peabody, MA. JS primarily works with consulting engineers and building owners, and prides himself on educating the industry on topics such as ASHPs, VRV, refrigerants and strategic electrification of HVAC. JS is also a proud member of multiple manufacturer’s North America rep councils and is a voting council member of the Massachusetts Grid Modernization Advisory Council.

Brian Keenan - HeadshotBrian Keenan

Principal, DXS New England

Brian Keenan is a Principal of DXS New England. Brian joined the DXS team in 2016 after a tenure with DXS's sister company, HTS. Prior to HTS, Brian amassed 6 years of experience working in various corporate marketing and sales roles in the electric utility industry.

A lifelong resident of New Hampshire, Brian is a graduate of Plymouth State University with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. At DXS, Brian is dedicated to advancing his expertise in VRV and ASHP technology to help his clients deliver successful projects. In his current role, Brian primarily works with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, and building owners throughout New England to provide innovative energy-efficient HVAC solutions.

Mark Brazell - HeadshotMark Brazell

Sales Engineer, DXS New England

Mark Brazell is a Sales Engineer at DXS New England. Mark's main focus is VRV/VRF and air source heat pump technology. Mark obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Upon graduation, Mark began his career at DXS in 2019, with a primary focus working with consulting engineers to assist with all electric heat pump system design. Mark has been heavily involved in applying various heat pump technology in cold climates in the Northeast for both new construction and retrofit projects, most of which use heat pumps as the sole source of heat.
